If you find an identical vehicle offered at a lower price by a competing dealership within seven days of placing your order and prior to collecting your vehicle we will gladly match it.
To qualify, the comparison vehicle must be identical in make, model, variant, engine size, transmission, factory fitted options, colour, and paint finish. It must be registered in the same year, have the same or fewer previous keepers, include the same number of keys, and be prepared to an equivalent standard. The vehicle must also have a comparable service history and mileage within 1,000 miles.
The lower priced vehicle must be available from a VAT registered motor dealership, including authorised franchise dealers, car supermarkets, or established independent retailers. The advertised price must be fully inclusive of all on the road costs, such as administration and service fees, and the vehicle must be in stock, publicly advertised, and available for immediate purchase and collection.
Price match requests may only be submitted by the customer named on the order form or sales invoice. Finance interest rates and part exchange valuations are excluded. In the event of any dispute, MB Brent Park’s decision shall be final. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
